On February 11, between 18:10 and 18:21 UTC, a brief service disruption impacted translation delivery and storage. During this 11-minute window, some customers may have encountered intermittent timeouts or failed requests while submitting translations. This was triggered by a routine infrastructure upgrade where internal system components took longer than anticipated to stabilize. The issue was fully resolved once all systems returned to full capacity, and services have been stable since 18:21 UTC. To prevent recurrence, we are refining our maintenance protocols to ensure higher resilience during future updates.
