Monitoring - We implemented fix to stabilize the Translation API and support the required load value.

Identified - The issue was caused by unexpectedly high load on the Translation API and inability of the translation queue to be processed in according rate.
Now R&D is working on the translation queue parameters to meet the required processing rate

During this 11-minute window, some customers may have encountered intermittent timeouts or failed requests while submitting translations. This was triggered by a routine infrastructure upgrade where internal system components took longer than anticipated to stabilize. The issue was fully resolved once all systems returned to full capacity, and services have been stable since 18:21 UTC. To prevent recurrence, we are refining our maintenance protocols to ensure higher resilience during future updates.
